Job Description:
Provide general assistance with marketing functions, brand awareness activities, customer care, event coordination, product training activities and other general administrative support including:

  • Assist in Direct Marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in Brand building initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives.
  • Liaise with, and brief external providers, ensuring all processes are adhered to.
  • Developing innovative campaigns.
  • Coordinate mailing distribution.
  • Briefing and communicating to stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Measure and report all marketing campaigns, assessing measures against goals and providing insights for improvement.
  • Complete any administrative tasks to support the productivity of the marketing.
  • Coordinate the registration of new clients.
  • Assist with Digital Marketing activities.
  • Support product training activities.
  • Support the development, design and compilation of product information booklets.
  • Ensure the accuracy of materials.
  • Provide product information to Sales Team as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and to apply brand principles.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how these can be applied to marketing.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary.
  • Positive, energetic & a team player.
  • Own laptop & transport.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Word & Excel.
  • Knowledge of media platforms: e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Watsapp Business, email.
  • Results focused.
  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Strong planning skills.

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Video Apps, Picture editing, Canva & Hubspot.
  • Courses in Digital Marketing.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
  • Previous property marketing experience.
  • Living in Somerset West.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Salary:

Market related basic salary plus incentive scheme.
